I had to switch rooms three times because every room was full of mold, which was frustrating. However, the room I finally got was spacious, and that was very nice. The service seemed very disorganized, and there was almost no food for breakfast one morning, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the location was perfect, and not far from the downtown historic area.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the convenient location not far from the city center and most sites I wanted to visit, the room I stayed in was awful and smelled like a chimney, outdated, and not clean. The dining options were pretty bad, with very limited choices, but at least the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was awful, smelled like a chimney, and was outdated. It was not clean, with pipes sticking out of the wall and even had young kids smearing poo on the sliding glass window.
Service
9.0
The staff was exceptional and friendly, making the stay pleasant despite the issues with the room. They were very helpful, especially after encountering issues with my reservation.
Location
7.0
The location of the hotel was appropriate for most sites I wanted to visit, not far from the city center and with easy access to the historic district. However, the surroundings were not very pretty, and I witnessed some commotion in the parking lot.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were pretty bad, with very limited choices and exactly the same every day. The breakfast was filled with spoiled milk and not enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities were lacking, with little to offer. Not much to support a comfortable stay despite the friendly staff.

My stay at this hotel in Savannah, Georgia was a real letdown. The room was dirty and had a stale smell, ruining what was supposed to be a special day for my husband. The stairs leading up felt neglected, like a former smoking area, and it just wasn't a pleasant experience.
Rooms
5.0
The room was dirty, full of hair, and had a distinct smell. It was definitely not a pleasant stay.
Service
5.0
The service was not welcoming at all, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. Nobody seemed eager to assist or make us feel welcome.
Location
5.0
The area did not feel safe, which was a concern for us. Even though it was a short drive to the riverfront, we didn't feel comfortable stepping out alone.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was average. The breakfast options were minimal, and the quality wasn't anything special.
